General rules:
1. points :  win = 3 points (in official championships win = 2 points), draw = 1 point, lose = 0 point.
2. games : players play 1 games one time with each opponent.
3. time for one move :  the move should be sent not later than in 7 days
after date of the publication of a move of the opponent.
Else you get WARNING.
If you have 3 warnings - you lose!
